Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the items are in their original condition.

  Post Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement items within 5 business days.
